The First Four Stones of the Pathway
The First Four Stones of the Pathway

I am delighted to tell you that this week, in between the wintry weather, the first stones of the Memorial Pathway were finally installed. The idea was first conceived approximately 3 years ago.

We have been fortunate to receive 5 legacies, totalling £60,500, from Dukies who bequeathed money to the school in their Wills. The money from these legacies will be used to help Dukies of today as well as being used towards projects in school for future generations.

Four of the stones have now been installed and we hope to have an official unveiling ceremony after the Chapel Service on Remembrance Weekend. Details will be posted nearer the time.

Thanks go to Don Birch, Peter Vincent, Chris Crowcroft & David Richmond for their part in ensuring that those who leave a legacy to the school are not forgotten.

If you wish to find out more about how to leave a legacy in your Will, you can download a Legacy Brochure or contact me directly.
